Pay: $29.23 per hour
Schedule: Friday 0200 - 1000, Saturday, Sunday 1000 - 1800, Monday 1800 - 0200, Thursday 0200 - 1000; 40 hours/week

Summary:
Principle Responsibilities:
- Periodic Tours to secure areas
- Check for irregularities
- Be in charge of preserving order
- May enforce regulations pertaining to personnel and visitors
- Protecting staff and property from theft or damage, or persons from hazards or interference, including the potential for violence in the work place
- Control access to client facility through the admittance process
- Maintains and displays good public relations skills when interacting with visitors and staff
- Monitors entrances and exits
- Provides information regarding the facility and surrounding areas as requested by visitors
- Prevents unapproved or unlawful entry
- Prepare logs or reports as required for post
- Observes and reports incidents

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications at Entry
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years related experience in supervising security operations of a comparable size and complexity to the assigned locations
- Including any combination of healthcare industry, law enforcement, or military police experience that included supervisory experience
- Security Guard Card
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to assess risks, make sound decisions, and implement effective security measures
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Familiarity with security technologies
- Strong knowledge of healthcare security regulations
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information
- Ability to respond to emergency situations as required
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
