We are looking for a student assistant to support project controlling.

 

What you will do

• Preparing and structuring projects
• Project coordination
• Order confirmations, invoicing and creating of notices 
• Master data maintenance

 

What you bring to the table

• Current registration at a university, preferably with focus on business administration, economics or comparable interest for tasks in commercial areas
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Independent, reliable and conscientious way of working
• Good communication and strong teamwork skills
• Organizational talent
• Confident working with MS Office

Remuneration according to the general works agreement for employing assistant staff.

The weekly working time is 10-19 hours. 
The position is initially limited to 6 months.
