What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Part!):

• Being a Positive Mentor & Friend: Build trusting relationships and provide companionship.
• Championing Independence: Support individuals with daily living activities (like meal prep, personal care, household tasks) while encouraging their independence and choices.
• Exploring the Community: Assist individuals in accessing and enjoying community activities – shopping, volunteering, appointments, recreational events, and more! Be their partner in adventure!
• Supporting Health & Wellness: Assist with medication reminders and healthcare appointments as needed, promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Implementing Goals: Help individuals work towards their goals outlined in their support plans – you see them succeed!
• Keeping Things Running Smoothly: Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the team and families.
