This track is ideal for engineers who excel at using their technical expertise to increase productivity and want to share it and inspire others.</p><p><br/></p><p>The role is based in our Warsaw office - established in 2022, it is a growing hub for engineers who love solving impactful problems. Teams here work on a broad range of challenges that push the boundaries of our products and infrastructure.</p> <h3>About The Role</h3> <ul><li>Design and build the <strong>Developer Experience AI platform</strong> that helps our engineers get more done with less friction, you will have a full freedom to select tools best suited for the job:</li><li>Build and maintain AI‑assisted development workflows: code generation/refactoring, test and docs generation, large‑scale codebase transformations, and safe automated migrations.</li><li>Create and evolve IDE integrations and plugins (e.g., VS Code / Cursor / JetBrains) that bring monday‑specific context, copilots, and “vibe‑coding” agent pairs into developers’ daily flow.</li><li>Develop reliable <strong>agents</strong> that orchestrate tools (linting, static analysis, repo graph, build systems, issue trackers) with well‑defined policies and guardrails.</li><li>Our stack: <strong>Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, SQS/SNS/Kafka, SQL, NoSQL</strong>. You may also use <strong>Python</strong> for ML/agent tooling, vector stores, and evaluation pipelines.
