Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&amp;A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.<br/>To support its growth, the Group is looking for a new multi-skilled accountant.Within the Finance team, reporting to the Accounting Manager, together with the rest of the team you will manage supplier, customer accounts, bank assignments and other obligations of the service. Also, within the team, a strong involvement is expected during the monthly closing process. <h3>Role</h3> <ul> <li>In charge of accounting for the Group’s new activities / new entities</li><li>Active participation in the run of the service: handling customers or suppliers accounts with the entry of invoices, payments, review of accounts, bank reconciliation, monthly provisions, intercompany reconciliation, tax...</li><li>Have full ownership on your accounting scope and liaise with the Controlling and Business team</li><li>Guarantee the reliability of the accounting and analytical P&amp;L every month</li><li>Manage phone calls, letters and e-mails addressed to accounting services</li><li>Be a team player in ad hoc Finance projects : suggest improvements on working methods and help implementing them.</li><li>Contribute to the proper functioning of the team, particularly by sharing knowledge and maintaining good working relationships</li><br/></ul> <h3>Profile</h3> <ul> <li>At least 5y of experience as an Accountant</li><li>Analysis (balance sheet + P&amp;L) and problem-solving skills</li><li>Agility to keep pace with the company and support its various initiatives</li><li>Rigorous, accurate, high level of attention to detail </li><li>Good organizational skills, autonomous and reliable </li><li>Able to work effectively in a small team environment involving sharing of information, and at times sharing workloads </li><li>Confortable with the Office suite, including Excel</li><li>Fluent in French, good level of English</li><li>Nice to have : Have some tax knowledge and have a previous experience on accounting software.</li></ul>Benefits: <br/>Competitive salary upon experienceComprehensive relocation package (including visa support)Swile Lunch voucherGymlib (100% borne by Voodoo)Premium healthcare coverage SideCare, for your family is 100% borne by VoodooChild day care facilities (Les Petits Chaperons rouges)Wellness activities in our Paris officeUnlimited vacation policyRemote days<br/><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7044956425000767488">Voodoo just won the award for Best Office Space in France</a>
