Position Responsibilities:

• Manages, develops and motivates employees, frontline leaders
• Fosters a climate that unleashes individual/organizational talent working together with the highest ethical standards
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
• Manages and integrates employee activity across multiple areas in materials management
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, monitors progress, and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Implements strategies to improve open and honest communication within the organization
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Advance and demonstrate commitment to employee and work place safety

The ideal candidate will possess:

• At least 5 years working in a Materials Management/Operations environment
• Management Experience within Boeing
• Experience with Enterprise strategies and implementation
• Experience with Materials Management Systems tools and Processes

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years work experience in relevant career field such as Materials Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• 3+ years of Management or leadership experience
• Experience in Boeing material management organization or production control processes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3+ years’ experience as a front-line leader
• Experience leading a cross-functional team
• Prior experience with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) on Material Management and Accounting System requirements, with general CAS and FAR regulations

Summary pay range: $130,050 - $175,950 USD
