What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in clients’ homes
- Evaluate mobility, strength, and functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate clients and caregivers on home exercises and mobility strategies
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
What You’ll Need:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Home health experience -preferred
