Join us at Group Internal Audit and help us to advance Swiss Re's resilience.</p> <p> </p> <p>About the Role</p> <p> </p> <p>As a Senior Auditor with focus on P&amp;C Underwriting in Group Internal Audit (GIA), you will have the opportunity to use your underwriting/technical insurance knowledge across the end-to-end value chain while participating in a variety of audit activities. You will engage with senior underwriters and function heads on a regular basis across multiple underwriting lines of business.</p> <p> </p> <p>This role is an opportunity to deal with themes that have organizational impact and drive the risk culture of Swiss Re.</p> <p> </p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Participate in a variety of audits, with a focus on underwriting functions, from beginning to end, owning your audit tasks within the agile audit team, and positively impacting the audit delivery.</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with senior management and engage with various stakeholders across the business.</li> <li>Apply your expertise to contribute to the GIA audit plan.</li> <li>Mentor other members of the audit team on technical underwriting topics.</li> <li>Challenge the audit teams to excel by acting as a role model.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>About the Team<br/>  </p> <p>Group Internal Audit is an international team of auditors. You are passionate about innovation and transformation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Essentials:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>3-5 or more years' experience in the insurance and/or reinsurance industry.</li> <li>In-depth understanding of the end-to-end underwriting process in P&amp;C Re/Insurance.</li> <li>Technical knowledge and/or some practical experience in costing and underwriting.</li> <li>Understanding of governance processes and controls.</li> <li>Proficiency in English, written and spoken.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Nice to Haves:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Experience with internal or external reviews and/or audits.</li> <li>Exposure to different lines of business and deal structures.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Take a next step in your career and do not hesitate to hit apply button!
