Maintenance Supervisor – Lead with Hands-On Impact

Must be HVAC or EPA and CPO certified. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Some after hours and weekends for emergencies. On-call rotation 1 week on / 2 weeks off when fully staffed.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, schedule, and mentor your maintenance team.
• Manage preventive maintenance and complex repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and property standards.
• Oversee inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Jump in with hands-on expertise when needed.

• Proven maintenance background with leadership ability.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem-solve.
• Positive leadership style and team-first mindset.
