Warehouse Lead

The Warehouse Team Lead will decimate and facilitate the daily workflow for warehouse associates, help guide and pull, and pre-stage all supplies and move product into designated storage areas. Support the Warehouse Supervisor to meet all production standards and goals. This position consists of all duties and responsibilities listed below and ad hoc duties as required.  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Ensure all daily responsibilities are attended to in a customer service-oriented and productive fashion
• Direct the daily duties personnel which may involve cross-training, and continuous follow up.
• Plan and execute daily operational tasks for current day and week
• Assist with packing and unpacking boxes, adding to shelves and wrapping shipments
• Keeps the warehouse clean and orderly
• Move items into designated storage areas
• Safely stack items using lift equipment
• Follow inventory management rules as directed
• Keep all production lines stocked upon request
• Pull and pre-stage all supplies for the next day's production
• Perform inventory cycle counts
• Check and help maintain equipment such as forklifts, reach stackers and pallet jacks 
• Perform other tasks as required

The starting wage for this role is $23/hr.
