This entry-level role will support the execution of marketing initiatives across a portfolio of hotels in the U.S. and is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality marketing, brand storytelling, and gaining hands-on experience across a range of marketing channels.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in implementing marketing plans, coordinating content and asset development, tracking campaign performance, and supporting communication between hotel teams and marketing partners. This is a collaborative, fast-paced role with opportunities to learn and grow within a creative and data-driven marketing environment.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and activations across digital, email, social media, and print channels.
- Assist in coordinating the development of content, including photography, videography, and graphic assets for use across hotel marketing platforms.
- Help prepare and distribute email campaigns, guest communications, and newsletters in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Track and organize marketing results and performance data; assist with preparing reports and identifying key insights.
- Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and asset libraries for assigned properties.
- Collaborate with hotel teams and external partners (agencies, PR, design) to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Monitor websites and social channels for accuracy, relevancy, and brand consistency; flag any issues or opportunities.
- Oversee and manage all workflows within our project management platform, Wrike, ensuring cross-functional teams stay aligned, projects remain on schedule, and deliverables are tracked efficiently.
- Provide tactical support for sales initiatives, including coordination of sales campaigns, creation of materials, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
- Review, audit, and manage content across property social media profiles to ensure brand consistency, optimize engagement, and support overall marketing objectives.
- Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends to help inform marketing decisions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of internship or professional experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or agency environments.
