As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle a large number of calls, ensuring a high level of service
• Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and manage deliveries
• Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services
• Use proven selling techniques to turn potential customers into loyal clients

Requirements:

• Native/Fluent French speaker
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2 level)
• 1+ years of experience in a sales/support role
• Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
• High-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset
