Senior Dynamics 365 Sales Analyst, Enterprise Data Services

Summary

CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Information Technology division. We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Data Services Analyst to join our growing team and support our Customer Experience and Sales Enablement Dynamics 365 Product team. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, exceptional analytical problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytical and reporting solutions from core Dynamics 365, ERP and Data Lake source systems.
• Consider business impact, value of data and information management processes.
• Leverage data domain experience and best practices to bring creative solutions to complex problems.
• Monitor and improve data quality by initiating corrective actions identified through performing root cause analysis.
• Work closely with Integration Engineers to create and maintain cross system interrelationship design and documentation.
• Facilitate source and target system data migration requirements gathering from process areas and data governance.
• Collaborate with business and technical subject matter experts to identify, analyze and document data migration transformation rules from legacy source systems.
• Collaborate with business resources and product team resources to design dashboards, reports and other required visualizations.
• Analyzes business strategy and user needs, documents specifications, and translates business objectives into proper system requirement specifications.
• Analyze conflicts between business and process area data requirements.
• Creation and management of project user stories utilizing Azure DevOps.
• Create or modify procedures to solve complex problems giving consideration to computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and desired results.
• Understand and configure Dynamics 365 Sales to integrate with data visualizations.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent years of experience, education and training)
• 4+ years of Information Technology and/or IT Business Systems to include:
  • Data analysis, analyzing and visualizing raw data to present actionable information for stakeholders
  • Knowledge of data governance or data management practices
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong analytic skills with attention to detail providing front-end data analysis, requirements gathering, design, testing, documentation implementation, and support of assigned data projects
• 2+ years of experience with Power BI to include:
  • Creating and editing visual content including maps, charts, and graphs
  • Transforming data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals
  • Providing visual, technical and editorial guidance
  • Experience with Data Modeling, ETL and SQL Development

Additional Qualifications

• Experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Visio, Azure DevOps and SQL Server
• Agile/Scrum framework knowledge, including user story development
