What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for the Printing, Ink, Press Make Ready Area and Graphics
  • Review the specifications and make specific recommendations with regard to manufacturing capabilities.
  • Development of Standardize Process Conditions and Process Data Collection Systems.
  • Lead Teams in the selection and execution of Loss Reduction Projects using DMAIC and PDCA methodology to attain Team Goals.
  • Responsible for all printing related FA’s and work closely with the CAPA Team for resolution of issues.
  • Review all procedures and policies as needed with SPS Steering Team.
  • Manage and schedule employee vacation time.
  • Coordinate counseling and progressive discipline of employees with the input of the Human Resource Department and the Director of Operations and consistent with HR policy.
  • Control the inventory of supplies used by the press department.

This position is located out of our Waco, Texas Facility and 100% onsite

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • Management skills
  • Great familiarity of SPS tools and processes.
  • Green Belt and capable of 6Sigma Black Belt
  • Completion of applicable process improvement projects.
  • Rotogravure experience
  • Engineering Degree preferred

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $98,640 to $110,970, plus a quarterly target bonus.
