Come join us at eXp Realty - a 7x Glassdoor Best Places to Work organization!What you will do:As a Technical Lead within our Business Intelligence team, you will be an integral asset to eXp Realty and our Data Services team, serving as a key contributor to our digital information ecosystem. You will work with a blend of Product, Technology, and Business resources, on various projects all focused on delivering value.

You will be responsible for analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders within the organization.
Utilizing advanced statistical and analytical techniques, you will uncover patterns, trends, and correlations within the data to support various business objectives.
You will interact with various business units, at all levels of the organization where you will apply your unique blend of skills to drive assigned projects to successful completion.
Your expertise in BI tools, data visualization, and data storytelling will be essential.

A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Five + years of SQL; the ability to write complex and highly optimized queries across large data sets
Five + years of industry experience in a report development, data science, business analytics, business intelligence or comparable data engineering role

Proficient in Git Workflow
Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
Demonstrated system design and documentation skills
Exceptional collaboration skills with internal and external teams

Success working in a deadline driven environment, under high demand
Advanced BI/Tableau user with strong ‘best practices’ and ‘standard operating procedures’ when creating data sources, workbooks, and deployment of finished product to end user
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
Proven success in problem solving and overcoming complexities in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts on Tableau best practices and techniques
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing dashboards and reports
Conduct regular reviews of Tableau workbooks to ensure accuracy, relevance, and efficiency
Familiarity with AI and ability to utilize AI and machine learning techniques to analyze large and complex datasets for pattern recognition, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling
Identify opportunities to use AI to improve efficiency and overall effectiveness of the delivery to the business user
