The IV Float Pharmacy Technician Specialist supports sterile compounding operations across multiple outpatient oncology and infusion centers, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient preparation of hazardous and non-hazardous medications. This role provides cross-site coverage and serves as a subject matter expert in sterile compounding practices, regulatory compliance, and infusion center workflows.
This position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to varying site operations while maintaining standardized, high-quality pharmacy services.
This float position supports the following outpatient oncology/infusion centers:
• Aurora, IL
• Crystal Lake, IL
• Downers Grove, IL
• Libertyville, IL
• Park Ridge, IL
Schedule:
• Monday – Friday, rotating shifts between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional Saturday rotation as needed
• Hours may vary based on clinic and operational needs
Pay Range:
