We are seeking a qualified professional to join our Administrative team as an Operations Coordinator/Project Manager.
The Operations Coordinator/Project Manager will provide high-level confidential administrative support to the operations team in a fast-paced, continually changing environment. This position is hybrid and involves travel to various sites.
Essential Functions:
- Supports the Chief Clinical Operating Officer (CCOO), VP of Operations, and Directors of Clinic Operations
- Anticipates senior leadership needs by gathering records, reports, correspondence or other specific information.
- Maintains operation monthly reports and Department policies and procedures.
- Actively manage/monitor operations team projects
- Monitors the status of the work pending for Operations projects
- Organizes the bi-monthly Operations Committee meetings and monthly Practice Manager meetings.
- Manage confidential matters concerning clinic policies and procedures and risk management
- Attends meetings or conferences as assigned, including before and after normal business hours, and reports on major points, actions resolved or to be taken.
Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency in MS Word, advanced Excel (to include pivot tables, formula, and function), Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Adobe Pro.
Excellent communications skills, verbal and written.
Ability to plan and coordinate schedules.
Ability to work independently, use discretion to make decisions.
Ability to work with and communicate with employees and managers of all levels.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, Associate of Arts or Sciences preferred.
- 3-5 years of executive level assistance or operations assistant experience required..
