Mission of Role/Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Director of Business Development and Client Services to lead our expansion efforts and drive revenue growth in the designated region. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, fostering client relationships, and developing high-performing project teams. This position will be responsible for setting and achieving ambitious sales and business development goals, managing successful projects and ensuring client satisfaction, development and retention.

The Regional Director will accelerate AC Disaster Consulting’s (ACDC) presence and operational capacity in regionally specific markets as guided by the ACDC Strategic Plan, market analysis, and relationship/client development opportunities.

Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

Project Management/Client Services:

  • Develop and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients and serve as point of contact for key clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop client satisfaction processes and track feedback for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Understand project/clients' business objectives and challenges to provide strategic insights and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement client-specific strategies and processes to ensure project success and health.
  • Ensure alignment between Client management and business development efforts. Collaborate closely with business development team.
  • Resolve client issues, concerns, and escalations in a prompt and satisfactory manner.
  • Help identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in project management practices.
  • Monitor project performance and progress, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Assist in the Salesforce reporting for budget tracking, invoice review, and resource allocation as a Salesforce SME.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans internally and externally as necessary.
