Scope

  • Overall responsibility of the success in implementing, leading and overseeing all operations at the Vivie housing community.
  • Establishes and maintains an environment that supports high quality of care, high-level customer satisfaction and high performing leadership.
  • Has responsibility to lead and carry-out the implementation of strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Implements consistent policy and processes to ensure the housing community is in compliance with all applicable state and federal housing rules and regulations.

Education and Experience Required

  • Must have, at a minimum, 3 years of experience in Assisted Living or Housing, higher degree in nursing, social services, mental health or other degree specific to management, and/or have completed 1,000-hour executive in training program.
  • Demonstrate competencies in health care management and operations, quality management, senior housing regulations, staff development and management, and community outreach.
  • Must have an ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff who collectively possess a variety of personalities and backgrounds.
  • Must complete and pass a state required background study.
  • Able to physically perform the duties required by the position.
  • Required to have the ability to read, write and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, residents and visitors.
