Production Manager with Sales Budget Responsibility

We use this expertise to help brands succeed in an ever-evolving digital landscape.</p><p>We don’t just follow trends - we lead them.</p><p><strong>About the role</strong><br/> As a Production Manager at Splay One, you’ll be at the heart of our production team, taking full responsibility for our productions and quotations/budgets and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll oversee the budget work, managing budget follow-ups and also taking on the role of production manager for individual projects. This role is all about making things happen while also growing your skills and learning on the job.</p><p>You’ll report to and work closely with the Head of Creative &amp; Production, and together, you’ll make production processes run seamlessly. In this role, you’ll not only take ownership of your projects but also collaborate to stay ahead of the curve - whether it’s keeping up with the latest production techniques, strengthening our connection with the freelance network, or fine-tuning workflows.
