What You’ll Do
The Contracts Maintenance Manager is the primary liaison to KO, COR, and Facility Manager, and the senior on-site authority responsible for full execution of OMEE contract requirements. This position provides oversight of all O&M services across 245,810 SF medical campus including remote facilities.

What You’ll Do
The Contracts Maintenance Manager is the primary liaison to KO, COR, and Facility Manager, and the senior on-site authority responsible for full execution of OMEE contract requirements. This position provides oversight of all O&M services across 245,810 SF medical campus including remote facilities.
- 24/7 emergency response oversight.
- Management of PM, CM, and unscheduled maintenance.
- Oversight of FOMP, QCP, APP, and AHA programs.
- Staffing management and performance accountability.
- Monthly performance reporting to Government.
What You’ll Have
- Minimum 3 years healthcare O&M experience.
- Minimum 5 years commercial facility management supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of TJC, NFPA, OSHA, EM 385-1-1, and UFC standards.
- ASHE CHFM certification desirable.
