- Experience leading and partnering with cross-functional executive stakeholders and leaders on programs and leading organizational change.
- Financial management experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Technical, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in high tech, large-scale hyperscaler operational management.
- Experience with gathering competitive/market intelligence and process/performance benchmarking.
- Expertise in financial management strategies and operations.
- Bias for action, leading complex transformation projects requiring significant organization change management from concept to impact.
About the job
In this role, you will be a key enabler for the success of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Technical Infrastructure (TI) Engineering. You will work with leaders and teams across all functions within GCP/Site Reliability (SRE) and partner teams (e.g., Finance, AI2, People Operations, REWS, Recruiting, and Legal) as well as with GCP/TI StratOps teams, product operations, and technical program management teams—to drive and execute the organization's overarching strategy and operational objectives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $323,000-$449,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end strategic planning, including annual and semester cycles, ensuring alignment across the GCP/SRE organization and with Google-level goals.
- Manage the rhythm of business, focusing on headcount, financial planning, and spend governance in coordination with Finance and GTM teams.
- Oversee process architecture and the internal tooling roadmap to identify improvements and automate workflows across engineering and partner functions.
- Serve as a central nervous system for GCP/SRE, coordinating cross-functional efforts and obtaining support for major organizational change programs.
- Foster a high-performing culture through talent development and unique perspectives, while acting as a strategic partner to executive leadership.
