Job Description

The Senior Learning Content Coordinator is primarily responsible for the design and maintenance of the Learning and Cultural Enrichment (LCE) intranet pages, the creation of collateral, elements & graphics, the development of comprehensive marketing plans, coordination of external training, marketing, and communication for development opportunities. This role will ensure the maintenance and consistency of communications for Learning and Cultural Enrichment. The Senior Learning Content Coordinator collaborates with the Learning & Cultural Enrichment team to ensure the right message gets to the right member of the Ent team to enable the growth of Ent's repertoire of immersive learning experiences, products, and programs.

Essential Functions

  • Marketing and Communications (Development Opportunities): Understand LCE goals, products, and services to ensure coherence. Create, present, and execute marketing campaigns related to all LCE internal and external offerings. Work with the Communications and Marketing team to provide consistent information and updates to ensure the production of valuable and engaging LCE content for the PEAK and other platforms. Collaborate with members of the LCE Team and Internal Communications on individual campaigns and long-term strategies. Continually check in on campaigns, including key metrics and conversions, and implement adjustments to improve performance. Write, review, and edit copy for the LCE team and work with Marketing and Internal communications to ensure that copy is in line with company standards and metrics. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all assets are delivered on time and meet expectations. Market and promote career and development services (i. e. learning experiences, products, programs, workshops, classes, and seminars) to improve skill attainment and work performance for employees. Maintain good working relationships with community resource agencies to help facilitate Ent employees' ability to reach their career goals in employment. Recommend process improvement and optimization strategies, through daily interactions with team members, seeking to understand struggles and ideate solutions. Look at available attendance metrics to help determine, why attendance may be low, the best times for courses, and recommend strategies to increase course attendance, etc.
  • Maintain and Improve Learning and Cultural Enrichment Content and Intranet: Collaborate with the Learning & Cultural Enrichment team to design and maintain LCE intranet pages and as needed design digital creative assets. Maintain all LCE training materials and content in SharePoint and the intranet. Using the course catalog, this role is responsible for the overall management, categorization, and systemization of internal and external training campaigns.
  • Coordination of External Training: Compile and prepare documents for review committees for external training. Assist with the preparation and distribution of external training materials and administration of the learning management system. Assist with the planning and execution of employer engagement programs, events, and visits.
  • Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications

Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Entrepreneurism, Business Administration, or similar field of study.
  • 3+ years' general marketing experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in a financial institution. Pref


Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.
