Conversion Lead Event Crew

Position Summary Details The Lead Conversion Crew is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of conversion workers.
  Responsibilities

Lead conversion/event crew or others who will move, pickup, and/or delivery equipment, supplies, and other materials related to events/conversion. Will design to install staging, seating risers, event risers, and others event materials, leads relocation of event/facility equipment. Install furniture and objects such and framed and on wall. Delivery and rental equipment. Repairs customs equipment as needed. Coordinates schedules with other lead, and management of event conversion staff. Ensure the safety compliance of all event conversion workers and work processes. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, maintenance procedures, including familiarity with different types of tools and equipment. Solid organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively coordinate with technicians. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older. 
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), ten-year work history if available 

  Preferred Qualifications 

• Customer Service Experience 
• One year of lead or supervisory experience
