Job Details:
Assisting with the College of Pharmacy Learning Resource Center’s video conferencing program.
Responsibilities
Setting up video conferencing connections via Zoom
Controlling classroom cameras via a central control room
Maintaining proper audio levels for the classroom and video connections
Assist with in-room AV support (Powerpoint, doc cam, microphones, etc.)
Monitor lecture capture recordings
Co-host duties on the Zoom call (muting participants, opening, sharing, etc.)
Required Qualifications
No qualifications required. Training will be provided.
Salary Range
Hourly rate of $12/hour
Working Conditions
Working conditions include walking and standing, interacting with faculty and students during classes, sitting for long period of times
Work Shift
Business hours: 8AM-5PM
Available time slots:
Mondays: 7:30am-2:00pm
Tuesdays: 7:30am-1:00pm
Wednesdays: 7:30am-1:00pm
Thursdays: 7:30am-3:30pm
Fridays: 10:00am-4:30pm
