Position Overview

The Overnight Well Supervisor is a key critical role for Waiakea Operations. Responsibilities range from ensuring tasks assigned are executed to proper guidelines & procedures, decision making and problem solving, as well as training and overseeing Well Team.  

Schedule:

The Overnight Well Supervisor is a full-time position. The hours for this position are 8:00pm- 4:00am Monday-Friday.

Essential Job Functions:

• Direct Well Tech's on the task(s) that need to be completed daily.
• Train Well Tech's on proper cleaning process, proper operation of the sanitation shed, proper assembly of flexies, taking quality samples, cleaning and PM's on the sanitation shed, and completing paperwork.
• Train Well Tech's on proper process of filling tankers and ISO's completing paperwork, taking quality samples, and cleaning and PM's at the Well.
• Assist with the cleaning of ISO's.
• Assist with the filling of Tankers and ISO's.
• Completing daily reports and sending via email at the end of shift.
• Helping with PM's at the Well.
• Train Operators on proper safety procedures for working on and around tankers.
• Manages and directs activities of the Well Team, ensuring Team adheres to Waiakea's standard of safety, quality, and SOP's throughout.
• Maintain effective working relationships with team members through open communication, visibility, and involvement to promote a positive working environment that maximizes safety, employee engagement and productivity. 
• Provides direction to 
• Trains, coaches, and reviews performance of team members. Partners with management team for corrective actions.
• Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve Well Source-Site
• Collaborates with Management Team to champion a world-class safety culture.
• Adheres to the highest standards of company safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations
• Strictly always follows Waiakea’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Food Safety Standards

Requirements:

• Excellent communication & attention to detail
• Complies with all standard safety practices, safety rules, good manufacturing practices and all other company rules and requirements.
• Required to continuously stand, walk, reach with arms & hands
• Required to continuously use hands to handle product, materials, and machine
• Required to frequently twist, bend, stoop, lift, climb and balance
• Required to frequently lift and or move 10-20 pounds, lift and or move 20-30 pounds with reasonable accommodation, lift and or move 40-50 pounds with the aid of a co-worker and/or reasonable accommodations
• Ability to use a computer or tablet to complete paperwork
• Ability to comprehend basic verbal and written instructions
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma/ GED required
• 2 years Supervisor experience preferred
• 2 years of employment with Waiakea Bottling Inc. preferred
• Knowledge of GMP, First Aid, Process improvement
• Maintenance skills and knowledge preferred
• Quality & Sanitation experience preferred
