About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant and Equipment (PPE) Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the effective management and maintenance of plant and equipment processes within the SAP framework. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to optimize asset management, maintenance strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SAP PPE module across the organization.
• Manage and maintain SAP equipment master data including structuring, classification, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to ensure optimal use of SAP PPE functionalities for asset management.
• Configure and optimize SAP processes for plant maintenance, equipment tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Lead or support project initiatives related to plant and equipment management.
• Ensure the integration of SAP PPE with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP PM, MM, and FI).
• Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users for SAP PPE processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance of SAP PPE functionalities.
• Analyze and enhance plant maintenance workflows to improve efficiency and equipment reliability.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP PPE module implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of plant maintenance, equipment management, and related business processes.
• Experience with integrating SAP PPE with other modules such as SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), MM (Materials Management), and FI (Finance).
• Hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing SAP PPE for equipment lifecycle management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot SAP-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in Plant and Equipment (PPE) or related modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for plant maintenance and equipment management.
• Proven track record in delivering successful SAP PPE projects in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

Work Environment:

• Remote
• It is expected, at this time, you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 40%

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $100,500 - $186,700.
