About the Position: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Outpatient Services to join our team! Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this leadership role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the work of all outpatient staff, including satellite locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure productivity and performance standards are met by all outpatient staff.
Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with Outpatient/JTCMHC Procedures.
Provide support and guidance to Team Leads to enhance service delivery.
Oversee personnel management, ensuring staffing needs, training, and professional development requirements are met.

Job Type/Salary:
Annual Base Salary is $83,000 - $95,918
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
FLSA Status: Exempt
Additional Compensation: Along with our great benefits we also offer additional compensation for working outside of normal business hours!
Evening – extra $3.75 hr.
Nights – extra $6.00 hr.
Weekends – extra $9.00 hr.
Holidays– extra $3.00 hr.
On Call: Receive $1.00 per hour when on call.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Master’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work or closely related field, and five years of experience in outpatient mental health programs, including three years of experience in an administrative or supervisory capacity; OR equivalent education and experience.
No substitution will be allowed for the required administrative or supervisory experience.
Preference given to current DMH Employees and Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals.
Special Requirements:
Willing to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with position, e.g., attend training etc. Must maintain a valid driver’s license; and
Position requires participation in on-call rotation unless exempted by the Executive Director.
Some positions may provide preference for candidates meeting Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) status as defined in Title 43A 1-103(11).
