Job Description
The Business Technical Analyst position is essential for managing the day-to-day activities and requests sent to the U.S. Global Mobile App team. The Business Technical Analyst will ensure the following for our GMA Platform:
- App Functionality: Verify that the app is functioning as designed.
- Process Adherence: Ensure that team processes are consistently followed.
- Testing Oversight: Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve issues.
- Platform Stability: Maintain the stability of the platform.
- Enhance Engagement: on the Consumer Platform
Role is responsible for leading defect reviews, updating Jira projects and tickets to appropriate teams, creating Jira dashboards and analyzing release metrics. Additionally, the role involves managing the creation and publishing of localized content to production, creating mobile app release presentations, and facilitating discussions with cross-functional partners on processes and technology to ensure effective communication and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Defect Review Leadership: Lead defect reviews to ensure thorough analysis and resolution.
- Jira Management: Update Jira projects and tickets, directing them to the appropriate teams for action.
- Dashboard Creation: Create and maintain Jira dashboards to visualize project progress and performance.
- Release Metrics Analysis: Analyze release metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Content Management: Oversee the creation and publishing of localized content to production.
- Presentation Development: Develop mobile app release presentations to communicate updates effectively.
- Cross-Functional Facilitation: Facilitate discussions with cross-functional partners to enhance processes and technology, ensuring effective communication and implementation.

The expected salary range for this role is $87,050 - $108,810 per year

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience translating customer needs into product features.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Certification or experience in Scrum, Agile, or SAFe framework
