THE JOB:
Spago, Wolfgang Puck’s iconic fine dining restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip, is seeking a passionate and talented cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Located at the Bellagio with stunning views of the fountains, Spago offers a market-driven menu inspired by California cuisine and crafted with modern techniques. From handmade pastas to prime steaks and fresh seafood, every dish is a celebration of seasonal ingredients and culinary excellence.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.7806

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare and execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail, in line with Wolfgang Puck’s signature California-inspired cuisine

• Monitor food quality and presentation to meet Spago’s fine dining standards and guest expectations

• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment

• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation

• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation

• Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a cook in a similar resort setting preferred

• Works varied shifts including holidays and weekends

• Food handlers card required to start
