Graphic Design and Production Associate

Working directly with the Brand Marketing team, the Graphic Design and Production Associate will support the design goals of numerous departments across Xometry, contributing to the growth of Xometry’s brand at key touchpoints, including presentations, social media graphics, one-pagers, and more. NASA, BMW, Bosch, and more work directly with Xometry for their prototyping and production projects. Responsibilities●      Work in collaboration with Xometry’s Sales Enablement Designer to produce graphics that market Xometry’s events, product release updates, and more across social media, digital, email marketing, etc.●      Work with team members across the marketing, sales, technical engineering, and product departments to map out unique messaging campaigns that can be translated into graphic content●      Translate complicated and technical concepts into digestible, visually stunning graphics●      Contribute new ideas to our marketing campaign strategy and lead new projects to completion●      Exemplify a commitment to Xometry’s brand guidelines in every aspect of your work Qualifications●      1-3 years of experience in graphics production●      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal●      Ability to work as a strategic thinker and independent producer●      Strong experience in Adobe programs like Illustrator and PhotoShop●      A strong sense for aesthetics and visual design●      Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities as necessary●      A can-do attitude and enthusiasm to learn about how Xometry’s platform is fueling the industries of today and tomorrow●      Experience with video editing and/or motion design software is a plus, but not requiredIf this job isn’t for you but you have a friend who may be a perfect fit - share this job with them!
