Job Title: Senior Techno-Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics GP & Microsoft Dynamics Suite
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Type: Full-Time / Contract
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics GP and other Dynamics modules as needed.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, and reports using SQL Server, .NET, and Microsoft UI technologies.
• Support modules such as Financials, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and CRM.
• Work with tools like Modifier, Dexterity, Integration Manager, eConnect, and SmartList Builder.
• Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to ensure optimal system usage.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).
• Working knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics products (e.g., Dynamics NAV, AX, CRM, or Dynamics 365).
• Strong SQL Server skills – queries, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies like Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams.
