Automotive Technician

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our Fleet Department in Niles, OH. This position works Monday - Friday, Day-shift, no weekend or holidays.

The responsibilities for this position include:

• Conduct regular maintenance on light trucks, cars and vans including inspections, tire rotations, oil changes, etc.
• Perform regular and in-depth diagnostic tests on same.
• Perform both minor and major repairs on same.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of each inspection/repair performed

Requirements:

• Experience in automotive mechanics to include electric utility vehicles
• Air-conditioned experience
• Understanding of all facets of vehicle repair
• Good problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
• Motivated, self-starter, seeking continuous improvement
• Must have access to tools
• ASE certifications a plus
