<li>Build and maintain a strong book of business with carriers</li>
<li>Negotiate competitive freight rates and schedule shipments</li>
<li>Track and manage daily shipments to ensure on-time delivery</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners</li>
<li>Resolve transportation issues with urgency and professionalism</li>
<li>Support branch development through strategic carrier procurement</li>
<li>Stay informed on market trends, lane density, and seasonality</li>
<li>Qualify carriers and ensure proper communication on load details</li>
<li>Attend all relevant branch development meetings</li>
