Warehouse Coordinator
PFD Supply, a Division of Prairie Farms Dairy are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth receiving, scheduling, and documentation processes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare and organize shipping and receiving paperwork
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling incoming deliveries
- Support the receiving process by entering and verifying shipment information in the system
- Help ensure accuracy of documentation and payment verification for third-party unloading services
- Generate and prepare next-day receiving documents
- Maintain organized workflow materials and assist with general warehouse administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience with AS400 is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred, but not required
