Regional Commercial Operations Officer ANH

The Regional Commercial Operations Officer (rCOO) is end to end responsible for order fulfillment in the NA region, ensuring timely quality supply against a competitive price, while working withing the inventory targets and improves commercial operation including pricing, margin improvements, virtual and digital solutions and enable inside sales.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Provide and execute strategic direction to Regional product management, ensuring quality supply at a competitive price, fully in line with the Global strategy
• Joint responsibility of commercial execution and improvements of pricing and margins in the region, together with Global Commercial Business Optimization 
• Drive Business process management and end to end projects for the North America region and drive regional initiatives with respect to virtual and digital solutions, in partnership with the Global Virtual and Digital Solutions team
• Strong collaboration with Customer Care, Inside Sales and Distributor Management
• Innovates and improves operations philosophy and strategy regionally, influencing commercial operations, supply chain and sales enablement
• Manages highly complex regional transformational programs incl. network strategy in a very fast paced and dynamic market environment

This position could be located elsewhere depending on the successful candidate.

You bring:

• Minimum 10 years of operations experience required with extensive experience in working in a leadership role, across cultures, and functions in a large organization
• Experience managing others directly required with Leadership skills and demonstrated ability to develop others
• Innovative, creative, critical thinking, agile, analytical skills
• Collaboration, networking, communication
• Result oriented, problem solving, financial acumen
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, life science required; MBA a plus
