Summary
The Projects Implementation Technician engages in modification or construction of new or existing spaces within MPG buildings for the purpose of increasing operation capabilities at sites. The tasks engaged in by the Technician may include (but are not limited to) forms of demolition, site clearing, framing, wiring, hanging drywall, plumbing, painting, flooring installation, ceiling grid installation, casework installation and HVAC ductwork installation. This position reports to the Projects Implementation Supervisor. This position requires travel to various sites within MPG in company vehicle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools
- Removing debris, garbage from sites
- Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment
- Assembling and breaking down barricades, ladders, and single-level scaffolding
- Assisting third party vendors as required
- Assisting with transport and operation of heavy tools and equipment
- Regulating walkways and pedestrian traffic at office locations
- Digging holes and trenches
- Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete
- Following all health and safety regulations
Supervisory Responsibilities
