Summary
The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner-Technical spearheads the acquisition of technical talent working closely with business partners and department leaders to fulfill the University's technical talent objectives. They are committed to consistently delivering a robust recruiting process, fostering strong relationships with department leaders, and understanding turnover factors, team dynamics, and talent trends to enhance the hiring experience. Serving as a peer leader, they act as subject matter expert, advancing the department's knowledge base and skills through targeted objectives. As a go-to person for unconventional situations and ad hoc projects, they play a critical role in shaping the recruitment landscape of the University.
Job Duties
- Develops and executes advanced technical talent acquisition strategies, collaborating closely with senior leadership to redefine and elevate organizational goals.
- Pioneers and implements transformative initiatives, setting new and improved benchmarks for the talent acquisition team.
- Drives end-to-end talent acquisition processes for high-level technical roles across the organization.
- Cultivates impactful relationships with stakeholders and leaders, influencing outcomes.
- Innovates and implements advanced sourcing strategies for unique and unparalleled support.
- Ensures a highly personalized and meaningful experience for stakeholders, candidates, and leadership.
- Serves as a technical subject matter expert, providing advanced insights and solutions for unique situations and projects.
- Leverages talent data in shaping recruitment strategies.
- Demonstrates advanced competence in recruiting for the most senior and complex technical roles.
- Conducts formal presentations at all organizational levels.
- Leads and organizes networking events, job fairs, and virtual gatherings to attract top-tier technical candidates.
