Sr. Analyst, BA&A

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a related field required.
• 5+ years in a business or analyst position required.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce required, with Salesforce Administration experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Quoting Tools, Oracle, and the Lead-to-Quote process.
• Tableau or similar data visualization software experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for learning and continuous education regarding go-to-market strategies, processes, and the IT industry.
• Strong problem identification and solution development skills.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects on time.
• Demonstrated success in leading small projects and initiatives.
• Flexibility to multi-task, adapt to change, and work independently.
• Effective and timely communication skills.
• Proactive, “whatever it takes” attitude and work ethic.
• Team-oriented, with the ability to mentor others and delegate tasks.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and critical thinking skills.
