If you are passionate about covering end-to-end recruitment processes including innovative sourcing channels, new interviewing techniques, offer negotiation and complex communication with stakeholders, this role will allow you to be part of a team whose job is touching the lives of people every day!</p><p></p><h2><b>The responsibilities &amp; the impact YOU will have:</b></h2><ul><li>End to end recruitment process looking for the best candidates in the market!</li><li>Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as culture fit within our environment</li><li>Delivering a phenomenal candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process</li><li>Build and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with colleagues, hiring managers, HR partners and candidates</li><li>Leading our system technology to ensure data integrity at all times</li><li>Utilize a variety of direct recruitment methods to source candidate (e.g. Linked in, Job Boards, employee referrals, advertising) as well as third party agencies when required</li><li>Ensuring all follow up on recruitment is done in a timely manner</li><li>Project work as the need arises in line with TA goals and objectives</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>We’d love to hear from YOU, if you have:</b></h2><ul><li>Around 1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition</li><li>Proficient English and Dutch/ German spoken and written</li><li>Previous experience within multinational corporate company is a huge plus</li><li>Results oriented, driven personality who can prioritize and take care of high volume of various roles</li><li>Experienced in crafting solutions, with strong communication and collaborative partnership skills with internal and external partners to ensure the effective execution of HR solutions across the enterprise</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
