SUMMARY
The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee the warehouse's day-to-day operations, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain accurate inventory records. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Kitting all raw materials to be used in production orders based on work order requirements and issuing materials towards jobs using SAP to maintain accurate inventory levels and lose control.
• Unpacking material upon arrival.
• Ensuring physical counts match with packing slips.
• Verifies miscellaneous paperwork for lot traceability.
• Ensures the prompt and accurate stocking of materials upon receipt.
• Using SAP, inventory variance investigations are performed while working with other departments or team members to identify and correct issues.
• Ensure inventory storage areas are labeled and organized.
• Examine work order requirements to determine required parts and materials.
• High degree of accuracy in pulling correct material, counting parts, measuring/cutting material
• Accurately track and record all scrap materials.
• Interact with other departments to resolve work order discrepancies as needed.
• Ensuring the utilization of FIFO and maintaining lot control
• Ensure company standard work practices and procedures are followed.
• Maintain orderly, clean, and safe work areas and promote 5S practices.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
• Assist with packaging and shipping as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of related warehouse or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on production demand.
• Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic Math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and percentages.
JOB SKILLS
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint basics, and eager to learn and expand proficiency.
• Able to communicate effectively and maintain relations with internal and external customers.
• Able to work with little supervision.
• Demonstrate sound judgment when following through with priorities.
• Able to handle interruptions and maintain focus.
• Collaborator willing to work cross-functionally in various areas of the warehouse.
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible/additional hours on short notice based on production demand.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee will regularly engage in activities such as using hands to finger, handle, or feel and communicating verbally. Additionally, the employee will frequently need to reach with hands and arms while standing and walking as part of the role. Occasional lifting and movement of objects weighing up to thirty-five (35) pounds and using a ladder may be required.
