About the role

As a Senior Analyst - Accounts Payable, you will maintain and analyze activities in the accounts payable/receivable function. You will ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers, maintain accurate records and control reports. You will contact past due accounts to verify and/or negotiate outstanding account balance. You will maintain cash receipts and refer accounts to collection agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs AP account reconciliations.
  • Analyzes AP data, root cause issue resolution.
  • Works directly with vendors and WESCO locations on past due balances. 
  • Establishes projects, produces results on issues.
  • May perform invoice entry.
  • Executes on resolution management for escalation issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 3 years required; 5 years preferred of related experience.

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
