As a Nurse at Southfield Village you will ensure that the residents receive the best possible clinical care.

• You'll advocate for your residents at every stage of care, making sure that we go above and beyond for them every single day.
• Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana & maintain license required
• Experience in a geriatric setting preferred
• Experience in a Memory Care/Alzheimer's unit a plus

Schedule:
Full-time Night Shifts (6:30PM-7:00AM)
$1.50 additional per hour for second or third shift.
Weekend shifts pay: $1.50 additional per hour
