Stellar Solutions is seeking a 2025 Summer Intern who is a self-starting and innovative student to join our team supporting the Chantilly, VA office.

Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications

As Business Operations Support, the successful candidate will perform routine tasks required to administer and execute programs including but not limited to data entry and analysis related to Salesforce, capture and contracts administration, operational efficiency initiatives, and data analytics. This role will also be responsible for supporting the teams which create reports and dashboards to be shared with business leaders.

 

In this role, you will perform the following:

• Work in Salesforce to ensure updates to opportunities are completed
• Entering new opportunity data with category accuracy
• Create content related to proposal collateral
• Prepare presentations using PowerPoint as needed
• Review processes, validate, and update as needed
• Work with the team to identify integration and workflow opportunities
• Support finance team in projection reportability

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Currently enrolled in a BS/MS Business or Technology degree program in a related discipline
• Obtain a 3.2 or higher GPA
• Medium level proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
• Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems with acute attention to detail
• Ability to follow and communicate professionally with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly reliable, can be counted on to prioritize and complete assignments by deadline
• Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to ambiguity and changing priorities, work with a sense of urgency
• Collaborates easily with others and works well independently
• Ability to pass a background check and U.S. clearance eligible

The pay rate for summer intern positions is USD $28.00 per hour.
