We're ambitious, we're game changers, and we play to win.</p> <h2>The role</h2> <p>We're hiring a <strong>Principal Technical Product Designer</strong> to own design quality across our enterprise AI platform. We operate like a startup inside NiCE — fast, scrappy, hands-on.</p> <p>In our world, PMs design and prototype with Claude. Your leverage is twofold: build a strong design system that lets the product team scale, and bring deep design craft to our hardest, most complex problems. You set the bar, govern quality, and keep the experience coherent without sitting in every decision.</p> <p>You'll work at the frontier of enterprise AI — agent configuration, conversation design, voice pipelines, evaluation and tracing tooling, real-time orchestration. You need to go deep on how AI tooling actually works.</p> <p>Reports to the Director of Product.</p> <h2>Who you are</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Passionate about AI</strong>, with strong opinions on how AI tooling should look and feel.</li> <li><strong>Technical and a builder at heart.</strong> You've coded or built agents yourself — you already understand what matters.</li> <li>A senior or principal product designer who has led design across complex SaaS or multi-product platforms.</li> <li><strong>You've designed AI tooling</strong> — products for building, configuring, or operating AI systems.
