Task requirements Domestic Considerations: Post involves some evening and weekend work. Up to 35 nights separated service per year are a requirement of this post. Flexible/hybrid working maybe available subject to the Commanders agreement, however, living locally is recommended. Must be prepared to support the JMC(L) during UK Resilience Ops.Position Role: Delivering through-career Life Skills to serving personnel and families, iot build personal resilience in support of operational capability,
Responsibilities:
1. .Drive unit engagement in mandated & additional Life Skills, to promote resilience, retention, & positive resettlement.
2. Conduct regional analysis (trends, opportunities, challenges) to inform tactical & strategic development of Life Skills.
3. Promote & validate HARDFACTS in resettlement & as CoC management tool to deliver personal development & preventative health & wellbeing.
4. Deliver communication & networking to maximise awareness & accessibility by Service families across the AOR.
5. Support G1 audits to monitor compliance with associated governance; undertake unit advisory visits including 1st line management checks..
6. Provide X-boundary support iot maintain national & overseas coverage during periods of staff churn, ensuring SP and family are supported.
7. Attend quarterly Life Skills forum & workshops, & maintain record of activity, identifying effect where possible.
8. Support wider London District initiatives including minimum 2 days UK Ops Trg to support JMC(L) during UK resilience Ops. . Essential competencies Army / E2.
UK driving license. Desirable competencies ICSC(R) or legacy equivalent
