Senior Project Manager (Land Development)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and land development. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex projects, and building lasting client relationships. The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery, from concept to completion, ensuring technical excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction. This position features 3 remote days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of land development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical guidance on site design, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and other civil engineering components.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and specifications.
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including preparing proposals and participating in presentations.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and community stakeholders to facilitate project approvals.
• Team Leadership:
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, project managers, and technical staff.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
