Position: Electrical Maintenance Technician I - Entry Level
Reports to: Electrical Manager
Shift: 4 day work week doing 10 hour shifts, either Tuesday-Friday or Monday-Thursday
Pay: $28/hour

What you’ll be contributing:
- Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines
- High and low voltage motor testing and troubleshooting.
- High voltage circuit breakers, tests and troubleshooting.
- High voltage circuits, testing and troubleshooting.
- Electric control troubleshooting.
- Piping and wiring.
- Basic pneumatic control.
- Basic hydraulic controls.
- Basic air conditioner repair and troubleshooting.
- Lights and receptacles troubleshooting.
- Participate in good housekeeping practices using 5S Housekeeping program.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures and practices.
- Assist with other departmental needs as required.
- Must be able to provide instruction, direction and support to outside contractors for special projects or plant outages.
- Operate mobile equipment.
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- High school graduation or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 3 years of electrical maintenance experience
- Mechanical welding and machinist skills are preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.
- Willingness to learn, training will be provided.
- Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities and must meet qualifications required for this position
