Lead Business Analyst

<h2>Overview</h2> <p><strong>Expleo is currently recruiting a Lead Business Analyst.</strong> In this role, you will join our high-performing team of Business Analysts and operate as a senior member of the function, providing expert advice while managing and coordinating key areas of Business Analysis. This role is a key part of a strategic programme focused on Facilities Management systems, and experience with CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) applications is essential.</p> <p> </p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate multiple phases of technical areas within a project and/or multiple small projects of moderate scope and complexity.</li> <li>Map full business processes and implement solutions for technological and process improvements, particularly within the Facilities Management domain.</li> <li>Gather business requirements from stakeholders and review existing ones to produce detailed business requirement specification documents.</li> <li>Run workshops using proven techniques to create detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.</li> <li>Ensure complete requirement coverage by supporting and guiding team contributions and communication.</li> <li>Apply standards and methodologies, and provide expertise on the use of methods and tools.</li> <li>Conduct needs analysis, task planning, process/data analysis and modelling, and/or logical database design with relational databases.</li> <li>Identify and assess risks to the success of the project.</li> <li>Track activities against the project schedule and manage stakeholder involvement as appropriate.</li> </ul> <h2>Essential skills</h2> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.</li> </ul> <h2>Experience</h2> <ul> <li>Solid experience (minimum 5 years) as a Business Analyst, with the ability to act as a bridge between the business and technical departments</li> <li>Experience implementing CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems</li> <li>Prior experience using CAFM systems will also be valued</li> </ul> <h2>What do I need before I apply</h2> <p><strong>-</strong>The opportunity is remote but the candidate must already be living in PT.</p>
