Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling travel arrangements.
- Correspondence: Manage and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and communications on behalf of the executive; draft and edit correspondence as needed.
- Document Management: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and filing legal or financial documents such as contracts, client agreements, and tax filings.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing materials, and recording minutes.
- Client Relations: Serve as a liaison between the executive and clients, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Project Management: Track and follow up on the progress of various ongoing projects and tasks assigned by the executive.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive legal or financial information, client details, and firm strategies.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports on legal, financial, or business-related topics as required.
- Office Management: Assist with office operations, including ordering supplies, processing invoices, and coordinating with vendors or external consultants.
- Travel and Event Coordination: Arrange complex travel itineraries and coordinate executive events, conferences, and firm-wide meetings.
